MONTBLANC – David LaChapelle was commissioned along with five other world-renowned artists – Jean-Marc Bustamante, Sam Taylor-Wood, Sylvie Fleury, Gary Hume, and Anne & Patrick Poirier to create larger-than-life shopping bags for Montblanc’s exhibit, ‘The Art of Shopping.’ These 10-foot tall, 800 pound bags were on display at New York’s Rockefeller Center before moving on to Champs-Élysées in Paris and Martin Place in Sydney, Australia.
